| You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment. For Security reasons, WeDDing.sh ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. Your order will be delivered through EMS Express .Please allow us 48 hours to check your payment and charge your payment. After your payment was charged,we'll have 10 business days to process your order(Becuase all wedding dresses or evening dresses should be custom-made to fit your body well). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out .Usually it will take another 5-10 business days for Express Delivery to reach your hand. Normally you can enjoy your sellections in 17~22 business days after you place an order on WeDDing.sh In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay. |
| ORDER CANCELATION |
| If you'd like to cancel or change an WeDDing.sh order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your WeDDing.sh order number as soon as possible. You may only cancel an order within 24 hours after you place the order. We shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out. WeDDing.sh reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. |
