Can I return and exchange items?

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your purchase. Due to all the dresses on WeDDing.sh are all custom-made according to the customers measurements, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

If you have any problems with your order please Contact Our Staff who will give you reasonable suggestions.

Can I return for refund?

Cause the dresses on WeDDing.sh you ordered are all tailored according to your measurement. We can not arrange return and refund to the customers, unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order you can return the dress for refund.
