***How are your prices so low?  

We are able to offer our featured collections online in such a low price because we operate at a lower overhead than retail shop. For example, we do not employ a sales staff, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

***What is the delivery time for orders? 

All orders will ship out from WeDDing.sh. After your payment was charged, we'll have 10 days to process your order(Because all wedding dresses or evening dresses should be custom-made to fit your body well). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 3-4 days for UPS Delivery to reach your hand. Normally you can enjoy your selections in 15 days after you place an order on WeDDing.sh. WeDDing Shop provide our customers Fast Delivery as it’s well customer service.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

***When should I order?

Normally you can enjoy your selections in 15 days after you place an order on WeDDing.sh.

Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow at least 15 days ample time for production and shipping.

***Can I return and exchange items?

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your purchase. Due to all the dresses on WeDDing.sh are all custom-made according to the customers measurements, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

The dresses on WeDDing.sh you ordered are all tailored according to your measurement.

Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.

The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order extra length. WeDDing.sh cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.

***Is there a charge for custom-made service?

WeDDing.com will do best to make the dress to fit your body perfectly and the service is FREE!
Please fill out the correct measurement of your body size according our Measurement Guide online, for us to make the dress only belongs to you. Every detail is considered carefully, you can definitely enjoy it that big day.

Note: we can change the length of train according to your requirement; you can add sleeves that match the sleeveless wedding dress, just need to tell us the style of the sleeves; change zip back to lace-up back is Free. Please write all your requests in the NOTE when you submit order online.

***Can you make a dress according to the pictures I provide?

"Design your own style" is the special service supported by WeDDing Shop design and product team. You can enjoy your favorite design with lowest price and luxurious fabrics using this unique service at WeDDing.sh.

Step 1: choose the pictures of the wedding dress need us to make. (Note: it'll be better providing front, back and detail pictures of the dress. The pictures should only be .jpg format and less than 2M in total)

Step 2: Send the pictures or the link page to design@wedding.sh with the title "To WeDDing.sh: Request for designing wedding gown". You can write down any of your ideas in the email.

Step 3: After receiving your Email, WeDDing.com will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible to give you a reasonable price if we can make it for you.

***Do you have any special offer for a big purchase?

Usually we charge customer $30 UPS shipping fee every order. When your total order exceeds $500, you can enjoy the saving of FREE UPS Shipping. This is a long term promotion as big saving for our customers' satisfaction and each shipment will be insured at no additional cost.
